About us
Making clinical practice free, fun and everywhere
We believe every medical student deserves unlimited, safe practice with patients before the stakes are real.

Why “Sushruta”?
Sushruta was a physician and surgeon of ancient India, traditionally credited with the Sushruta Samhita, one of the world's earliest texts on medicine and surgery. He's often called the father of surgery, and he insisted that students practise on models before operating on people.
We loved that idea. Today's students often get too few chances to take a full history, make a diagnosis and be told honestly what they missed, especially early in training.
So we built a place to practise: AI patients who talk back, a grading system modelled on how clinicians actually think, and the habit-forming design of the world's favourite learning apps.
What we believe
Our values
Patients first
Every case is written around a real presentation and the context patients actually live in.
Fun is a feature
If practice isn't enjoyable, it doesn't happen. Streaks, leagues and a cheeky owl keep you coming back.
Honest about limits
AI is a practice partner, not a supervisor. Sushruta complements clinical training. It never replaces it.
Accessible everywhere
A free daily case for everyone, on any device, with cases from regions that textbooks often overlook.

Your next patient is waiting.
